At Red de Alta Dirección we believe that new experiences, knowledge and inspiration produce value for the high direction of business firms and institutions. These are necessary stimuli for them to conduct their organizations at a period of time defined by change and uncertainty.

We believe in openness and in those who dare to abandon the comfortable zone of certainties. Only by moving into fields which we do not know, to live experiences that are alien to us, and through dialogue with leaders of thought, we open up space to really disruptive ideas. That is the reason why in our Expeditionsprogram,with the protagonism of it's trips, the construction of bonds and meeting exceptional men and women are considered so important.

We believe in inspiration. Science, art, technology, literature, new contacts and bonds are nourishment for innovation. Exposing ourselves to its power of transformation is the most effective way to open the doors to creativity. Through our Conversations program we will get to know unique personalities to learn from what they have done and how they have become who they are.

We believe in knowledge. We are passionate about interacting with those who expand knowledge and in the spaces where it is emerging today. It is said that knowledge is obtained from experience and that life is a laboratory. Thus, the Professorships program is an opportunity to learn –with innovative methodologies– from speakers who have accumulated great experience in key business fields.

Knowledge, thanks to Internet, was never as available as today. But it has to be found and we want to help through Webhunting, a platform to share essential content.

We also believe in the power of colaboration. The big projects of today– to decipher the human genome, to defeat global poverty, to explore the origins of the Universe – are not understood without the ability of persons and organizations cooperating with each other. That is why we count among our partner institutions that lead their area in Chile and in the world, and we have invited a wide and diverse group of leaders as advisers.
